personally i think it might be Jenna. Think about it, she might be blind but she's not stupid. 'A' said that there are like six a's in their name or whatever. im still going to believe that its Jenna. love the books though !

Heres what I think: I personally think that Spencer killed Ali that night in the barn. Well not IN the barn. When they ran outside they had a fight and then Spencer shoved Ali, then Ali was like: "firends don't shove friends.", and Spencer was like: "Well maybe were not firends!". Then she went up to Ali and pushed her harder, like she did to Melissa on the stairs. That's why she had that flash-back when Spencer pushed Melissa and she fell and it was like: "....she pushed Melissa- or was it Ali- with all her strength..." But I still want to know about Aria. She left the barn that night as well. What happened to her, she didn't see Spencer and Ali, but she probably saw something that she's keeping a secret. But "A" is not Ali's killer (apparently). Aria got that text and it said something like "...I may be a ...(bad word), but I'm not a killer. Here's a clue for the clueless..." There has to be something bigger with Emily, so far there hasn't been a HUGE scandle about her. Maybe it will come out in the fourth book. Mona makes sense to be "A", but I think the person who is "A" wont make sense.... Okay, thats what I think

i think maybe "A" is Mona, i mean, she WAS outside the barn, just before the sleepover and she could have like, been peeking in when Spencer and Alison came out. Maybe she's the killer too. but i belive Melissa had something to do with it too. Maybe Mona saw Spencer push her, but didn't see Melissa kill her. or something, i'm not sure. but i strongly believe it's Mona or Melissa. it could really be anybody. and when Hannah saw the number she would recognize her own best friends number, Mona was probably jealous of Hannah getting closer to everyone, and besides. Mona's rich, she could have gotten a SUV anytime she wanted.... but then with Melissa, you'd have to be a super genius to like, hide your number from someone if you're texting them...

I think Mona could be "A" but not the killer. I think she is just someone who is trying to get back at the girls for being so B-i-otchy towards her. I still stronly believe Melissa has something to do with all of this... . . .

u guys r sooo pathetic it is mona who was outside b4 the girls went into the barn?? who was the girl that befriended hannah and of course mona went and got the diaries that ali owned from emilys new g/f. and to top it all off mona was really mad at spencer and ali for not bieng her friend she decided to push ali in the hole and punshed spencer in the jaw unconcious thats why spencer was all groggy and didnt remmber anything and went back to the barn to tell the girls that ali was gone at that moment mona had buried them and laid low for a while. like i said b4 my aunt knos sara and i read unbelieveable mona is the killer and "A" i mean think about it. y would melissa write "spencer may get A's but i have a to my name too" melissa would have wrote "spencer i smart but im smarter" or w/e. soooo good luck reading the last book cuz if u think about it. its all there and all the fingeres point to the girl behind melissa MONAA TOOTLES u guys ahould read luxe its reeely good ;]

im starting to believe its melissa too! i had a lot of theories. one things for sure tho. spencer did injure ali. maybe not kill her maybe melissa did finish her off. im not sure tho. i think maybe melissa is A tho..in Perfect when Spencer was in the hot tub she heard twigs snap and turned around to see who was there but no one was then seconds later melissa shows up. That would be creepy if melissa was A. but how could she be now that i think of it...Melissa went to the hospital probably unconcious and During that time A was still texting the girls..hmm this is interesting

I agree with those who believe Ali's killer is Melissa. Because of the same reasons. Also, Spencer sees Melissa in her dream and also someone who ran into the shadows. So, as I've posted before, I think Spencer pushed Ali and knocked her out and then blacked out and ran back to the barn or whatever, then Melissa came down there and finished Ali off and buried her. Then "A" knew everything because "A" was the person in the shadows and saw everything. But I still have no idea who "A" is.

one of my theories is that it's Melissa. When Melissa and Spencer were in the hottube talking and they talk about Ian, Melissa hints she knows about him cheating on her in high school. then she says "Who says i haven't already done anything to her?" (or something like that). we all think that it Spencer and Melissa's talking about the texts and stuff. but then we realize she's probably talking about Ali and killing her. and another thing. when Spencers in her room (getting ready for the interview??) she gets the text saying "Ali's killer is right in front of you, LOOK" (or something like that) and she thinks it's herself because shes looking in the mirror. but then SECONDS later, Melissa shows up and Spencer sees her reflection in the mirror. but that's just what i think. i have more theories.

umm. So i just finished the second one and im so confused on who it is...I just think its Melissa and she tricked spencer into doing something. I'm only 15 so I dont really know what those girls are going through but I think they should all trust each other and help each other watch their backs. Plus, i really think A and the killer are different people but they are together in it. One person kills, the other knows everything about them. Who better to kill Alison then Spencer? Spencer hated Ali with every part of her being and she wanted to be her. It makes perfect sense to me but you girls can think what ever you want.What an exciting book, but i have to say that some girls on this site are mean. People can think what ever they want, and you dont have to go change their minds because thats not how you feel. Cant wait for the next one!:)

I agree - I think Melissa killed Ali. It's been hinted at, but not to the point that it's too obvious. But that doesn't mean she's A. I don't know who A is, but I do know that A and Ali's killer aren't the same person. It's possible that A is Mona, but why would she go to such lengths to get back at anyone besides Hanna? And how would she know all their secrets anyway? And as someone said, Hanna would probably have immediately recognised the number, if it were Mona (when A txted Hanna after she left the party). I've heard speculation that A is Sean. This is also possible, but, as with Mona, why would he care about getting back at any of them? At least to that extent. He could be the stalker, this is possible, but I don't think we should immediately assume that A and the stalker are the same person either. As for Ian, well, who really knows. Once again, I can't see him caring enough to blackmail them all - especially Aria and Emily who he barely even knows. Could be for revenge, I suppose. But I think we can safely assume that A is a girl. The way A writes the text messages, doesn't really strike me as a guy. Well, that's my theory. I cannot wait for book 4! Does anyone know if it will be the last book?? xx

u know wat i think? which i think mostly evryone agrees wid me..i think Mona is "A".. first reason she HATES and i mean HATES!! hannah's old friend..second she also has blond hair which the girls keep seeing..next during her party,i think she's the one that called emily's mom cuz she obvusli saw Emily meeting Maya in her OWN party..next,she clearly wanted to do something to Hannah since she clearly "embarassed" her in her OWN partyand also that "Get ready to fart with Mona" thing, now for Aria, rmember she was riding her bike thru "town" and hu knows if she passed thru Mona? and then Mona followd her wen she went to Ezras?..for Spencer she's going nuts!! anyways, i hav nothing for Spencer..y would she run after she saw Hannah being hit by a car? isnt she going to help or something?? but you know i cant w8t to see hu "A" is and from all the guesses swirling around, its going to be exciting and mysterious..
